Hi John,
I just wanted to say thank you for the DVD you made of my Dad. I miss him so much and I cry every day, because something always reminds me of him. I haven't watched it yet, but I will. Thanks again.
Love,
Michelle

1Macman,
Thank you for signing the petition to urge Ohio to implement laws against keeping working or pet dogs outside in cold weather.
There currently is no legal protection for dogs in Ohio, that are kept outdoors year-round, even in frigid temperatures. This is an absolute sign of animal cruelty and abuse. With your help, we will succeed!

Hi John,
I have been thinking about buying myself a tablet, but I'm not sure what one to get. I thought maybe you could help me decide on what I need or might like. I finally got myself an iPhone and I love it, but now I think, maybe I should have gotten a tablet.
I like the idea of sitting on the couch and using the Internet, but I have trouble seeing the tiny screen and all the pages. I can't enlarge it, or else things are too large. Anyhow, I think I want to get one but I’m not sure what connections I need, so could you send me some information.
I would probably prefer to get an Apple iPad, but I know there are many other kinds of tablets out there, so please help.
Thanks,
Mary

Hello John,
Reading your news article on the Kent State shootings, brought back vivid memories to me. I was 10 at the time, and I remember the tanks and armored vehicles going down Main St. that day. A national guard lived 3 houses down from ours, and he advised his family to leave the area. The daughter of one of my teachers was also trapped on the campus, and they had to cut off the phone lines and electricity to them. She was finally able to call the school were her mother taught, to let her know she was okay.
It definitely was, a scary time.
